Senior Consultant, Corporate and Commercial Banking Recruiter at JCW (347-293-1533)

JCW Search is working with a non-bank commercial lender that is hiring a Relationship Manager (Associate Director level) to join their Portfolio team in New York. This role will focus on managing active client relationships post-close, ensuring credit compliance, and supporting high-growth companies across sectors like CPG, eCommerce, and SaaS.

This is an excellent opportunity for a credit-savvy, client-facing professional to join a collaborative, high-performing team and gain exposure to dynamic, founder-led businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of active clients, managing funding requests, covenant monitoring, and compliance
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute renewals, annual reviews, and amendment requests
• Analyze collateral reports, borrowing bases, and key financials to identify performance trends
• Support onboarding and transition of clients from underwriting to active portfolio management
• Help improve operational workflows and scale internal policies and procedures as the platform grows

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in commercial banking, ABL, or non-bank lending, ideally in portfolio or relationship management
• Strong credit background and familiarity with asset-based credit structures and collateral monitoring
• High proficiency in financial statement analysis and Excel modeling
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface directly with CFOs, controllers, and founders
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
