About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Talent Operations to play a pivotal role in the development and management of a robust People Operations infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full employee life cycle, including the design and implementation of scalable programs, processes, systems, and policies that align with the organization's mission, values, and culture. This role demands a strong focus on employee experience and will involve overseeing talent priorities such as onboarding, offboarding, total rewards, HR systems and analytics, risk management, and compliance. The VP will also be instrumental in business expansions, particularly through international growth and M&A. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in People Operations, with a proven track record of driving transformational improvements in a global environment. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or Business, is required. The role calls for a leader with experience in launching and managing HR programs, leading HRIS systems administration, and a deep understanding of HR legislation and employment law. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be adept at building cross-functional partnerships, and have a strong service orientation. Experience in the tech industry is highly desired, and the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments and adapt HR strategies to local practices is essential.
