About the Role

Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in talent management, performance management, or organizational development, with a strong focus on driving organizational capability and productivity. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The role demands extensive experience in performance management system design, organizational design, and talent optimization, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at using data to drive decision-making, and have a proven track record of building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders. Experience in technology or e-commerce companies, particularly in functions related to data science, machine learning, data engineering, and analytics, is highly valued.
