We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of USCIS processes and procedures, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals.

Must Have A Minimum Of 3 Years of USCIS Immigration Law Experience.

Must Be Able To Speak And Write Spanish Fluently

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm

Compensation:

$18 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications
• Manage case files and documents using document management systems
• Conduct legal research on immigration laws and procedures
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and forms
• Translate documents from Spanish to English
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
• Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other parties involved in immigration cases
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a Paralegal in an immigration law firm or related field (for at least 3 years)
• Proficiency in document management systems and legal research tools
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of USCIS immigration laws and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
