Role Summary

The US Precision Medicine/Lung Franchise is expanding with therapies including Sigvotatug Vedotin, an investigational antibody-drug conjugate for NSCLC and other solid tumors. This role supports the US launch of SV in 2L NSCLC, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Market Access, Global Marketing, and Companion Diagnostics.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead peer-to-peer and third-party programming strategy development.
  • Develop KPIs for digital tactics to drive launch performance and optimization.
  • Support HCP Digital/Media Tactical Pull-through activities (Banners, ads).
  • Partner with Oncology Account Group stakeholders to develop US launch strategies for companion diagnostics.
  • Support Congress strategy, execution, and other external/internal engagements.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, Pfizer values, and regulatory guidelines.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years in pharma, or Master’s + 7+ years, or Ph.D./PharmD + 5+ years.
  • Proven success in executing complex marketing programs.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders to improve performance.
  • Strong business acumen, organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with product positioning and branding.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and group interaction skills.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree.
  • US oncology marketing launch experience preferred.
  • Leadership experience demonstrating collaboration and business impact.

Additional Details

  • Travel: approx. 25%.
  • Application deadline: May 27, 2025.

  • Salary range: $156,600 - $261,000 + bonus and incentives.
