Job Description

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Trade Compliance opening! This long term temporary role is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the Lehigh Valley's top manufacturers! Hours are full time, Mon-Fri, 8a-5p. Pay is $23.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry of product classification information, codes, and requests
• Verify part numbers
• Research product specifications from spec sheets, supplier websites and internet searches then upload into the system
• Check on status of special shipments through broker websites or correspondence with broker
• Maintain classification database and high volume inbox of emails
• Audit information for accuracy using MS Excel

A bachelor’s degree is required (Business, Supply Chain, etc.). Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in an operations or auditing role within imports/exports or trade compliance. MS Office skills are a must.
