Job Description WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)
- Taking and graphing data to document success stories
- Direct one on one naturalistic play based therapy in-clinic
- Implementing specified programs/procedures
- Communicating regularly and professionally with your Program Supervisor
- Attending team meetings and trainings
- Daily positive engagement with families
- Advancing your career!
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)
- Someone that has a passion for helping those with autism
- Someone that wants to be a lifelong learner
- Someone that wants to be a part of a great team and work with motivated professionals
- Bachelor’s Degree (or in progress) in the area of Psychology, Special Education, Speech, or a related field preferred
- Someone who is dependable, creative, innovative, and energetic!

Qualifications Starting Compensation $21.00-$24.00
