Conexess Group is currently looking to add a Technical Recruiter to our Nashville team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be tasked with building relationships with new and existing candidates interested in career advancement.
Job details:
- Develop and nurture candidate relationships and gather requirements for new and existing opportunities using internal database, job boards, social media and other search engines, cold calls, etc.
- Continuously build and mature candidate pipeline
- Generate leads and market intelligence for our sales and new client development efforts
- Multi-task, problem solve and assist Account Managers in managing client relationships
An ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:
- An outgoing personality
- Ideally, 1-3 years of recruiting, sales, or professional customer-facing experience preferred
- High-energy individual who thrives in a competitive environment
- Money motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Willingness to identify, qualify and close new candidates
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in sales, cold-calling and acquiring new business is a plus
