Overview The Jury Experience is a worldwide immersive courtroom experience where audiences act as the jury on a trial brought to life by 5 actors. Produced by Fever Originals, TJE is currently performed in 4 languages, in over 50 cities worldwide! We are looking for an experienced stage manager to join our team in Minneapolis. Our Stage Managers focus on the technical aspects of the show and are supported by our team of Producers and Event Managers to help ensure seamless running of the events. Responsibilities Review all technical materials, including images, videos, and sound assets prior to joining the rehearsal process / first performance. Analyze call scripts and cue sheets to familiarize yourself with cues. Download QLAB file and ensure it’s working properly Lead the tech process on-site during launch day and future performances to ensure lighting, sound, and projections are set and ready to go Call the lighting cues, and operate the QLAB computer, executing the cues to the standards of the show Troubleshoot last-minute technical issues to maintain a smooth production. Coordinate with the front of house team and producers to ensure shows run on schedule Communicate with the producers if any issues arise; complete the Performance Report following each performance Run the Mentimeter Voting software from a web browser on your computer, ensuring the audience voting system is running properly throughout the show Communicate voting results with the Event Lead and coordinate the handing off of the results to the Judge Coordinate and manage printed materials required for each show date as needed. Ensure the run of the show is properly implemented and adhered to. Qualifications Macbook Laptop for running QLab required for rehearsal hours & performances QLab experience / knowledge; ability to import and edit files, and run cues. Previous Stage Management or similar technical theatre experience Ability to lead technicians in set up and lead technical rehearsals, ensuring all technical needs are met within prior to doors open Performances & Location Location: Granda Theatre (3022 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis, MN, 55408) and future performances – listed below. 2 Performances per night - 6pm & 8:30pm Launch: Saturday, September 20th - 10am onsite call Future Performances - October 18th, December 12th and many more dates to come! Compensation Rehearsal / Prep: 16 Hours @ $16/ hour (Most likely two weeks before 9/20). Schedule TBD (Most likely 2-3 weeks before launch date).
