Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Expected to always build positive and trusting relationships with children and their families
• Routinely connects with families to ensure satisfaction before, as well as after, concerns arise
• Keeps the Director/Assistant Director informed of any issues involving children/clients. Open communication between all staff is criticial
• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all health, State Licensing and safety guidelines and implementing all company policies.
• Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is safe, inviting, clean and organized.
• Demonstrate the ability to utilize teaching and leadership skills in the classroom.
• Works to make Sprouts a fun and exciting place to work, learn and play

The Sprouts’ staff consists of a team of energetic, creative, and nurturing people. Whether you desire full-time employment, are retired and seeking a fun job a few days a week, or are currently taking college courses and have limited availability, we can work with you.
