Job Description
Description Main Purpose of the Role: To execute daily reporting and activities to ensure efficient execution from day-to-day operations. Support Trade team in coordination and execution on the tasks assigned, document management, and trade related activities.
Main Tasks: • Assist in managing trade documents, such as DTLI tracker, revenue reports, pipeline, and actual performance monitoring vs. budget & sales target.
• Maintain market share data / competition analysis and customer performance on a weekly basis and advise outliers to the trade team.
• Maintain trade databases and reporting tools
• Organize trade records and prepare presentations and reports.
• Maintain Tariff Database pricing system - tariff FMC and Non-FMC. Update on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Assist the Commercial Director in enhancing and promoting trade policies in accordance with the result of data analysis.
• Analysis of country/branch performance & management of improvements initiatives.
• Work in conjunction with Sales to implement and measure business plan and trade's policy
• Monitor performance and implementation of actions with countries.
• Forecast monitoring vs bookings vs actuals tracking.
• System Quality check, to ensure that country/district follow though company's best practices related to auto-freight and timely bookings.
• Review HIVE rules and set up
• Update Booking Tool
Requirements Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate/advanced level - Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Must be able to commit to 20-hours per week, on-site. This is a Part-time position for a college student. Looking for systems-oriented student
Strong Analytical skills
Studies in Maritime, Supply Chain or Logistics a plus!
High command of the English language skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
