**Job Summary:**We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder-Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures through the use of welding techniques.**Qualifications:**- Proven experience as a Structural Welder-Fitter or similar role- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints- Knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment- Strong attention to detail and precision- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Certification in welding is a plus**Responsibilities:**- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine the layout of metal components- Use welding equipment and tools to weld and assemble metal parts- Inspect and test welded structures to ensure they meet quality and safety standards- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with welding equipment- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environmentExcellent attendance is required for this position. You must show up with appropriate tools of your trade.Subject to drug screen, physical and E-Verify background check.This position is outside in the weather, involves standing for 10 hr shifts, climbing, bending, kneeling and working at heights.
