🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct structural analysis using FEA (Femap/NASTRAN/Abaqus) and hand calculations
• Solve complex metallic/composite structural challenges for launch systems
• Design and implement material testing methods for high-temperature applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including loads, thermal, and aero engineers
• Develop fracture control plans and fatigue analysis
✅ Must-Have Qualifications:
• BS in STEM + 10-14 yrs (or MS + 8-10 yrs) structural engineering experience
• Proficiency in FEA tools (Femap, NASTRAN, Abaqus)
• Ground Support Equipment (GSE) design/analysis experience
• Active Secret clearance (US Citizenship required)
