Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Dallas. This role is designed for a top-level professional with a proven track record in managing complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Commercial, K-12, Industrial or Healthcare and a history of longevity and growth in their career. This position offers a clear path to advancement into a Project Executive role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage high-profile construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management and clients.
• Drive project efficiency, performance, and profitability.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager with a strong track record in one or more of the following sectors: Commercial, Education or K-12, Industrial, Automotive, or Healthcare.
• Demonstrated career longevity and growth, showcasing a stable and progressive career trajectory.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Eagerness to progress to a Project Executive role within the organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 per year
