What You’ll Need to Be Successful 5+ years of product management experience in logistics, retail, gig, or related fields Strong partnerships with design and engineering, with an understanding of design and development processes High empathy to advocate for gig workers Experience with app development, native device capabilities, and standards (preferred) Proficiency with SQL, Figma, Miro, ClickUp, or similar tools Work Arrangement Shipt considers candidates near Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis for hybrid work, allowing work from home with leader approval or at a Shipt office.
