Position: Senior Network Engineer Advanced Technical Assistance Center (ATAC)
Location: Frisco, TX / Over Land Park KS

Job Description:
What does a typical day look like?
Reviewing CMDB, update data, review issues/tickets/emails, update systems as needed. Attend meetings w/ vendor and design counterparts.
Preferred background/prior work experience? 3+ years operational support in technical environment.
Priority soft skills Written and spoken communication, self-starter/initiative, and ability to work with others.
Requirements:
Knowledge and experience supporting Nokia Core products (NDS, UDM, HSS, HLR, PCF).
Knowledge and experience with Subscriber Provisioning flows.
Experience with TMO implemented systems preferred: ServiceNow, OneConsole, OneData, CyberArk, NetScout, etc).
Knowledge and experience working with a Cloud Native computing environment.
Knowledge and experience supporting Dell Hardware/IDRAC.
Knowledge and experience of the telecom Cyber-Security space: recognizing bad practice and addressing vulnerabilities thru configuration and software changes.
