The Senior Manager, Bladder and Renal Carcinoma (RCC), Oncology Medical Affairs will report to the Bladder/RCC Team Lead, US Medical Affairs. This individual provides scientific/medical leadership and support primarily for products in the bladder and renal portfolio. Additionally, the role involves leveraging oncology expertise on projects across Pfizer's Oncology portfolio in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include supporting Review Committees, advisory boards, and evaluating investigator-sponsored research and real-world data studies. The individual will represent US Medical Affairs as needed, serving as a therapeutic area expert in scientific, strategic, and tactical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
The candidate should demonstrate diverse leadership capabilities, including influencing peers, developing others, and guiding team efforts to achieve impactful outcomes.
Occasional travel for conferences or meetings. Work location is hybrid. Compensation includes a base salary ($135,100 - $225,100), performance bonus, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits such as retirement plans, paid leave, and health coverage.
