CITY OF MENTOR PART-TIME SCHOOL RESOURCE POLICE OFFICER(S) The City of Mentor Police Department is accepting applications for the position of Part-time Police Officer/School Resources Officer, to work in the Mentor school district. There are several positions available; retired officers with experience working with juveniles is preferred. Must be a U.S. Citizen or be eligible to work in the U.S., at least 21 years of age, a current certified police officer in the State of Ohio, with at least 10 years experience as a Police Officer. Must be a high school graduate (GED), have a valid Ohio drivers license, and commit to a thorough background check. Starting rate of pay: $39.77/hr. and includes a comprehensive healthcare and benefit package. Please visit to submit your application online.
