Overview Sales Systems Territory Manager Northeast NDT Radiography – ALLY Energy As the world leader in non-destructive testing (NDT), Waygate Technologies offers the broadest portfolio of industrial inspection solutions, including radiography and computed tomography (CT), remote visual inspection, ultrasound and eddy current technologies. We ensure safety, quality and productivity for customers across major industries worldwide. Responsibilities Selling product(s) and services including system upgrades, service contracts and inspection services within the assigned geographical area. Developing a pipeline by understanding sales processes and stages. Forecasting system and service sales to the region director, including weekly deal and pipeline reviews. Managing CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure forecast accuracy. Traveling throughout the territory to manage installed base, develop new opportunities and maintain customer relationships. Working with Application Engineers to qualify opportunities, develop deal strategies and become the technical solution of choice for customers. Driving deals to closure, including quoting, negotiation and Order-to-Remittance (OTR) handoff. To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Engineering or business degree preferred). Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales; up to 5 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is ideal. Possess Capital Sales experience with deal values greater than $750,000 USD. Have experience in key strategic segments: Aerospace, Electronics, Medical Devices, Automotive/Electric Vehicles. Have experience with a CRM. Be able to travel 50%–70% of the time. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to manage several sales opportunities simultaneously. Work Environment and Benefits Role provides flexible working patterns. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay. The annual pay scale for this position is between $88,800.00 and $199,500.00. Eligible to participate in company-sponsored benefit programs (health and welfare, 401k). This position is office-based/hybrid/remote with location considerations as noted in the posting.
