What You Bring To The Table
- 35+ years of leading multiple fast casual or similar units
- Experience developing high-performing GMs and teams
- Strong P&L, SOP, and operational skills across multiple locations
- Hands-on leadership and hustle, with NSO experience
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in catering, food trucks, or third-party delivery
- An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for driving change
