Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Package Manager to oversee the coordination, tracking, and delivery of client and company shipments. This role involves managing logistics, monitoring package status, handling vendor communications, and ensuring on-time delivery while working from home.
ResponsibilitiesManage shipping schedules and ensure packages are delivered on time.
Track and update package status using logistics software.
Communicate with vendors, couriers, and customers regarding deliveries.
Resolve shipment issues, delays, or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records.
Prepare reports on logistics performance.
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or package management preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and tracking software.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
