We are hiring a Chat Support Representative to assist clients via live chat. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys written communication, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and wants to help customers in real time.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming live chats and respond quickly with accurate information
Assist clients with questions about insurance licensing, processes, and documentation
Use chat templates and personalize responses when appropriate
Log interactions and case notes into the CRM system
Collaborate with the support team to resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications
Previous experience in live chat or online customer support preferred
Strong written communication and multitasking skills
Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM tools
Fast typing speed and attention to detail
Calm and focused under pressure
