Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a sales plan for your territory to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective customers in the wine and food processing industries.
- Work closely with internal engineers and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide quotes, conduct product presentations, and manage the sales cycle end-to-end.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to inform strategy.
- Use CRM software to manage pipeline and report regularly to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within manufacturing, fabrication, or equipment sales.
- Familiarity with the wine or food processing industries is a major plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel regionally (mostly within California).
