A well-established, growth-oriented company in the manufacturing space is seeking a talented and driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a confidential search to replace an existing role, so discretion and professionalism are essential.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across sales, supply chain, and operations
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role needs, define success profiles, and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and recommend top talent using a variety of platforms and techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, hiring events)
- Manage candidate experience with care and urgency—ensuring timely communication, strong coordination, and a great impression of the company
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve recruiting practices and enhance talent pipelines
- Support hiring events, diversity recruiting initiatives, and employer branding efforts
What You Bring
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization
- A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy
- A high level of confidentiality, integrity, and emotional intelligence
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, required
Location & Flexibility
- The role is based in Dallas, TX
- Hybrid schedule preferred (2–3 days onsite), with flexibility depending on the candidate’s experience
