We are looking for a skilled  Part-Time Recruiter to join our client's team on a contract basis. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a nonprofit organization during a time of growth and restructuring by managing full-cycle recruitment processes and sourcing top talent. This is a 2–3-month contract opportunity, and 15-20 hours/week. Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Source candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and detail-oriented networks.

• Coordinate and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.

• Implement high-volume recruitment practices to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate documentation and streamline recruitment workflows.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future openings.

• Conduct market research to identify talent trends and improve sourcing strategies.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.

• Build strong relationships with candidates to create a positive recruitment experience.

• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.

  • Nonprofit experience is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience, including experience with onboarding.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools, such as Paychex, SharePoint, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Familiarity with university recruitment and building partnerships with career centers is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate a dynamic environment of moving priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships across teams and external networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to build or enhance recruiting systems and processes.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
