We are looking for a dedicated and experienced manufacturing, bilingual corporate recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract in the western suburbs. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support our manufacturing operations. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping our workforce and driving recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for corporate roles.

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline through job boards, social media, networking events, and relevant organizations.

• Promote the company’s mission, values, and culture to enhance employer branding and attract high-quality candidates.

• Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication and transparency throughout the hiring process.

• Analyze market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to inform and refine recruitment strategies.

• Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring initiatives and improve processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations in all recruitment activities.

• Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities to expand talent outreach.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.

Hourly Pay Range: $32-38/hr.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Strong knowledge of social media recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting and sourcing for diverse roles is an advantage.
