We’re hiring one more in-house recruiter to join the Irving team! This role is full-time, temporary-to-permanent, and performance-driven. We're especially looking for someone who brings prior experience working with Aerospace clients or roles ; someone who understands the nuances of engineering, manufacturing, or technician requisitions in that space.

Strong communication and sourcing skills
Previous experience supporting Aerospace or Aviation clients
Organized, driven, and ready to grow

Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Monday through Friday

Key ResponsibilitiesCold-call candidates to meet aggressive recruitment targets
Schedule and coordinate interviews with precision and follow-through
Maintain momentum in candidate communications to ensure rapid progression
Keep records sharp and current in the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
Help new hires complete onboarding steps quickly and accurately
You’re relentless in the face of rejection
You communicate confidently and can win people over
You know how to manage time, follow through, and juggle competing priorities
