Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter and HR assistant to join our team and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs.
Duties- Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract qualified candidates- Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events- Conduct employee orientation sessions- Engage in cold calling and proactive outreach to potential candidates- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques- Ability to conduct technical recruiting for specialized roles- Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications- Knowledge of negotiation techniques in the hiring process
