Neiman Law LLC seeks an attorney to join a growing real estate focused law firm. 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Attorney located in Columbus, OH. The Real Estate Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal tasks related to real estate law, including drafting contracts, conducting due diligence, negotiating leases, and working on commercial real estate transactions and real estate related disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases
• Review and negotiate financing agreements with lenders
• Review title commitments and surveys
• Draft operating agreements and joint venture agreements
• Assist in real estate related litigation matters

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of transactional or litigation commercial real estate experience
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite
• Desire to grow with the firm and develop a personal book of business
• Strong drafting, research, and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Licensed to practice in Ohio
