We are seeking a live-in Property Manager to oversee the day to day operations of an upscale apartment building in Abbotsford B.C.

Responsibilities:

-Marketing, advertising and leasing apartments

-Tenant screening

-Rent collection

-Manage resident relations, addressing resident concerns

-Oversee property upkeep, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met

-Ensure adherence to BC tenancy laws and regulations

Qualifications:

-Experience in property management and maintenance

-Strong communication and customer service skills

-Proficient computer and internet skills

-Must be able to prioritize tasks and be self-motivated
