Role: Product Surveillance Analyst
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Duration: 12 months
Shift Timings: 8 AM to 3:30 PM
Looking for: Entry-level Product Surveillance Analyst to join the Cardio Mems implantable sensor team, handling quality analysis and complaint assessments for medical devices.
Technical Skills: - Experience with complaint handling systems (EPIC preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Technical writing and coding
- Strong analytical and narrative development skills
Day-to-Day Activities: - Intake and assess product complaints from customers, field reps, and tech support
- Determine reportability to FDA and international bodies
- Collaborate with engineering teams for physical product analysis
- Write precise, clear, and technically sound complaint narratives
- Ensure accuracy, detail, and timeliness in documentation
Education: - Bachelor's degree in Science, Technical, Pharma, or Medical-related field required
- Note: Master's/PhD may be considered overqualified
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a science or technical field
Interview Process: - 1st Round: Phone or Microsoft Teams screen
- 2nd Round: In-person interview
