Job Description
As Product Operations Manager , you will lead a team focused on client success, operational excellence, and cross-functional coordination across our advertising technology stack. This role involves managing incident response, optimizing workflows with Product and AdOps teams, and scaling client enablement programs for data-driven advertising products.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing product operations team.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and support for clients using DSPs, data platforms, and ad measurement tools.
- Collaborate with Product, AdOps, and Sales to enhance support workflows and incident response.
- Create proactive support strategies and client feedback loops to drive satisfaction.
- Define and report KPIs; utilize BI tools to surface performance insights.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in AdTech, ad operations, or product operations roles.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, DV360, etc.
- Strong understanding of DSP/SSP ecosystems, ad measurement, and segmentation.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Zendesk, and data platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
- Nice to Have: Experience in fast-paced SaaS or AdTech startups, Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), Leadership in scaling product support operations.
