Gallagher Home Health is seeking a *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)* or *Registered Nurse (RN) *to provide one-on-one, private duty care for a veteran in their home in the Canonsburg, PA area. Schedule:*
* Thursday & Friday | 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
* Thursday & Friday | 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM *Saturday:* 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
* Deliver skilled, personalized nursing care
* Administer medications and monitor vital signs
* Assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily routines
* Maintain clear communication with the family and care team
* Ensure a safe, supportive environment aligned with the veteran’s needs
Requirements:
* Active LPN or RN license in [Insert State]
* Home health or private duty experience preferred
* Current CPR certification
* Professional, dependable, and compassionate
