Working Field Supervisor – Plumbing
Location: North End Territory, WA Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $100,000 - $130,000/year
About the Job: Lead our residential and multi-family plumbing service team in the North End area. Hands-on role performing service calls, mentoring technicians, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform plumbing repairs and installations.
Supervise and coach field technicians.
Manage urgent calls on a rotating schedule.
Ensure quality standards and code compliance.
Communicate effectively with customers and office staff.
Qualifications:
5+ years plumbing experience (residential/multi-family) service.
Active WA Journeyman License (PL01 or PL02).
Valid driver's license, clean record.
Leadership experience (2+ years preferred).
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ServiceTitan.
Multi-family maintenance background.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Schedule:
Full-time with on call.
