Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Hours: 20-30 hours per week

Compensation: $25 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
  • Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
  • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance, and keep track of transaction activity
  • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs

  • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
  • Manage post-closing systems and past client communication
  • Keep lead agents informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
  • Implement projects from agents as needed
  • Manage all incoming/outgoing leads, prospects, & referrals, track sources of business & keep team numbers on track
  • Manage calendars & appointments for multiple team members
  • Oversight of contracts through closing
Qualifications:
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
  • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
  • Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing
  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
