Role Overview
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Paralegal for our Norcross office. The Paralegal will handle legal document preparation, client and agency communication, research, and document review to support our immigration practice.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review immigration-related legal documents with accuracy.
- Communicate with clients and government agencies to advance cases.
- Conduct research on immigration laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with attorneys to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications
- Experience in legal document preparation and review.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent paralegal work experience.
- Experience in immigration law is a plus.
- Familiarity with legal software or case management tools is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
