We are currently seeking a motivated college student to join our team as a Paid Summer Intern , providing direct support to our Director.
Position Overview:
This is a full-time, paid internship designed for a college student interested in business operations, human resources, or executive-level administration. As an intern supporting the Director, you'll gain hands-on experience with internal business processes, talent acquisition strategies, and day-to-day operational management in the staffing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and scheduling support to the Director
- Assist in coordinating internal meetings, events, and recruitment initiatives
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership
- Conduct research and data collection to support operational projects
- Maintain organized files, internal records, and confidential information
- Communicate professionally with internal staff and external partners
- Contribute to ad hoc projects that align with business goals and intern's interests
Qualifications:
- Current college student pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Discretion when handling sensitive information
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn
