We take pride in clean ingredients, great fragrances, and fun, engaging branding to make taking care of yourself a little more fun. Our core product offering is an all natural bar soap. We're in the process of expanding our product line in and out of the shower while growing at a very quick rate.
We are looking for a hands-on, highly organized Supply Chain & Operations Manager based in LatAm to take ownership of our growing supply chain. You will oversee all aspects of inventory planning, procurement, supplier relationships, and logistics.
This role is ideal for someone with direct experience in the soap, skincare, or personal care space who is fluent in English and comfortable working across time zones and geographies. You will be the operational backbone of Cheeky, ensuring our soaps and accessories arrive on time, on budget, and in excellent condition.
Forecasting & Inventory Planning
Build and maintain a rolling inventory forecast based on sales trends and marketing plans
Develop and maintain a demand planning model that accounts for DTC and wholesale channels
Track SKU-level performance and recommend inventory adjustments as needed
Procurement & Supplier Coordination
Manage production schedules with our U.S. soap manufacturer
Coordinate with Chinese suppliers for accessories and packaging
Align packaging and component deliveries with manufacturing timelines
Ensure suppliers are meeting quality, regulatory, and delivery expectations
Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to improve margins and minimize risk
Logistics & Fulfillment
Coordinate inbound international shipments, including freight, customs, and consolidation
Oversee stock levels and transfers across our 3PL warehouses on East and West coasts
Monitor and optimize fulfillment performance and shipping costs
Operations & Reporting
Maintain documentation of supply chain workflows and vendor contracts
Own inventory reporting, reconciliations, and purchasing calendars
Identify and implement process improvements to scale with growth
Must be located in Latin America
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
3 to 7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
Required: Prior experience in soap, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care CPG
Proven ability to forecast inventory, plan demand, and manage vendors across geographies
Strong understanding of ingredient-based production and packaging coordination
Familiarity with Shopify, 3PL systems, and inventory tools
Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Self-starter mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced, startup environment
