Job Description: NA Merchandising Lead Merchant – Women’s NSW Apparel
As a Lead Merchant , you will report to the Merchandising Director for Women’s NSW Apparel and oversee the Fleece & Tees category, managing everything from line planning to day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead seasonal line planning and product assortments
- Be the voice of the North American women’s consumer
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams including Planning, Sales, Brand, and Product Creation
- Present strategic briefs and assortment plans to Global partners
- Align product and pricing strategies across marketplaces
- Manage seasonal merchandising tools (VLPs, AV systems, MIA coordination)
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in Merchandising, Buying, Marketplace, or Product Management
- Deep understanding of women’s fashion and trend dynamics
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, especially Excel and Keynote
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced retail or apparel environment
