Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and facility systems.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support tooling changes and machine setups.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs using CMMS systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in maintenance within a plastic injection molding environment.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Familiarity with injection molding machines (e.g., Engel, Arburg, or similar brands).
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills a plus.
