💼 What You’ll Do:

• Cut and portion steaks and meats to spec
• Operate equipment: band saws, grinders, tenderizers
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the Kitchen Manager
• Uphold food safety standards

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven butcher/meat cutter experience (steakhouse or high-volume preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cuts, grades, and portioning
• Skilled with meat processing equipment
• Detail-oriented and safety-focused
• Independent, efficient, and flexible
