We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing social media content, creating compelling graphics and copy, and assisting with content posting across company channels, as well as individual producers' channels. They will also assist various marketing initiatives, maintain marketing databases, and update business development materials. This role requires experience in graphic design, copywriting, and project management, as well as proficiency in InDesign, PowerPoint and AI tools. Experience in industries such as commercial mortgage banking, financial services, professional services, banking, or commercial real estate is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging social media content across LinkedIn for both company channels and individual producers.
• Create visually appealing branded graphics and write compelling copy to accompany posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
• Collaborate with team members and producers to gather content and ensure timely posting of updates, announcements, closed transactions and thought leadership pieces.
• Maintain the editorial calendar, scheduling posts, and ensuring that content is aligned with key business priorities and goals under the leadership of our CMO
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns, including email marketing, advertising and content marketing efforts.
• Create and maintain graphics, marketing collateral, pitch and presentation materials using InDesign and PowerPoint·

Requirements:

• Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
• Prior internship in social media management, content creation, and project management.
• Advanced design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using Salesforce, email marketing tools, and Project Management tools such as Planner or Asana.
• Strong copywriting skills with a focus on engaging, clear, and concise content leveraging AI tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Superior customer service skills 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills 

• Ability to work independently and with revenue producers
