Primary focus will be on new and existing partners by identifying and managing business opportunities that feed ongoing incremental business to the company, resulting in increased sales volume and revenue growth. Responsibilities Drives sales execution of the company's new and existing Accountant Channel partnerships to increase channel productivity across all sales divisions by developing and implementing strategies to effectively penetrate CPA firms, initiating and supervising training of sales reps, prospecting for new partnerships, and coaching sales reps. Recruits, hires, evaluates, and develops personnel to ensure departmental needs are met and staff are prepared for personal and professional growth. Develops and executes prospecting plans targeting Accountant Channel partnerships and non-referring firms in the U.S. Market. Implements communication strategies to effectively share program information, results, expectations, and policies across the organization. Collaborates with Marketing to develop and execute marketing programs and promotions to maximize product visibility within partnerships. Acts as the primary contact and subject matter expert for the Field Sales organization regarding Accountant Channel partnerships, aiming to maximize sales opportunities and ensure consistent communication. Achieves or exceeds sales and revenue objectives through new client acquisition and revenue growth from existing partners, supporting overall company growth. Creates long-term business development strategies to foster enduring relationships with partners. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience 5 years of experience in Management, Project Lead, or similar roles Compensation Starting base pay range is $105,000 to $135,000 annually plus bonuses, depending on location, skills, education, and experience. Total compensation may vary.
