Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage U.S. import lifecycle (CBP clearance, HS code compliance, duty optimization) and oversee 3PL warehouse operations.
- Resolve port delays, cargo holds, and customs disputes; negotiate FTA duty savings and FOB/DDP terms with carriers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales to align order timelines, and customer communication strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Manages multiple priorities including customer inquiries, order changes, product returns, and shortage resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- 3-5+ years of logistics expertise, particularly in U.S. import operations.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Fluent English&Chinese in written/verbal (required for international logistics reconciliation).
