We are seeking a Board-Certified orBoard-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to provide locum tenens coverage in Fallon,NV. This is a unique opportunity to practice full-scope orthopedic surgery in arural community setting with the support of an established surgical team and apredictable monthly schedule. You'll have the chance to make a direct impact oncommunity health while working in a close-knit, patient-centered environment.

Hospital Details: 

· 25-bed critical access hospital

· 4-bed Medical ICU

· On-site MRI and imaging services

· Annual ED volume: ~17,734 visits

· Outpatient visits: ~81,000 annually

· Clinic: Elective orthopedics, follow-ups, and outpatient consults

· Surgical Mix: Approximately 150 acute and 150 elective cases inyear one (target volume = 300 cases/year)

· General orthopedics with a mix of fracture care, joint work, andsports-related injuries

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active Nevada medical license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical experience in both acute and elective orthopedic cases
• Comfortable practicing in a rural or community hospital setting
