Responsibilities
- Understand different fandoms and find unique ways to engage with them
- Assist in the creation & ideation of innovative digital initiatives
- Edit video content for the digital team
- Support the digital team in artist and market research, as well as reporting & analysis.
- Community Manage accounts, and ensure content parity across key platforms. (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Triller)
- Have your ear to the ground on best practices, and what’s trending
- Create content skeletons for artists, and be able to understand each client’s tone-of-voice
- Work cross functionally with internal teams
- Develop and organize tools such as one-sheets, consumer research documents, online/ offline marketing materials
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
- Ability to analyze and organize streaming and social media data to identify trends, track performance, and inform content and marketing strategies.
- Experience with editing software (Capcut, Final Cut Pro)
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Have basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, X, YouTube)
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work at our Santa Monica office Monday-Thursday
Hourly Rate: $17.81/hr
