We’re seeking a proactive, business-minded In-House Counsel to join our team. This role is your chance to shape legal strategy, partner directly with executives, and make an impact across our operations.

What You’ll Do

• Advise executives on a wide range of corporate legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
• Guide compliance with corporate governance, employment law, safety, and trade regulations.
• Partner with teams on safety, compliance, and risk management.
• Lead litigation and dispute resolution, working with external counsel as needed.
• Build and maintain policies, training, and frameworks to keep us ahead of legal risks.

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active Washington State Bar membership.
• 5+ years of legal experience, with 3+ in a corporate environment (manufacturing/industrial required).
• Expertise in contracts, corporate governance, and employment law.
• Strong communicator and negotiator with business acumen.

Preferred : Experience with global operations, safety regulations, vendor management, or product liability law.
