Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal with a strong background in E-2 investment visa cases. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of employment- and investment-based immigration cases, with a flexible schedule that supports a work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file E-2 visa petitions, including reviewing corporate documents, business plans, investment evidence, and financial materials
Draft Forms I-129, DS-160, DS-160E, I-140, I-526, I-485 and other relevant USCIS/DOS forms
Prepare and assemble petition packets for submission to USCIS and U.S. consulates
Manage client communication and follow up on missing documentation
Maintain case files and track deadlines via case management software
Provide support on a wide variety of business immigration cases, including EB1-A, EB2/NIW, EB3/PERM, EB5, TN, H1B, O1, and R1 (knowledge of these is a plus, but not required)
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience working on E-2 investment visa cases
Familiarity with business structures, investment documentation, and consular processing for E-2 visas
Experience with additional case types (e.g., EB1-A, EB2/NIW, H-1B, O-1, PERM, TN, EB-5) is highly desirable
Strong writing and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency with immigration case management software (e.g., Docketwise or similar)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred
