Job Description

Join our innovative HR team! We're seeking a customer-focused professional to provide exceptional support through our digital Ask HR platform.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to 20-30 daily HR inquiries via our online portal with accurate, timely solutions
  • Research and route complex questions to Subject Matter Experts when needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while providing warm, professional written responses
  • Master our knowledge base system across 30+ HR categories
  • Transition from 4 days remote/1 onsite (2024) to 4 days onsite/1 remote (starting Sept 2025)

Must-Have Qualifications:

✔ 2-3 years customer service/call center experience (HR environment preferred)

✔ Exceptional written communication skills in English

✔ Proven ability to handle high-volume inquiries with accuracy

✔ Strong discretion and confidentiality standards

✔ Tech-savvy with MS Office 365 and quick to learn new systems

Bonus Skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish/Japanese/French

• HR certification or related degree

• Content management experience
