As a Housekeeper at Drury Hotels, you will play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation by maintaining clean and welcoming hotel rooms. Responsibilities include vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, inspecting rooms for maintenance needs, assisting guests with linens, towels, amenities, and information, and ensuring a positive and clean environment. The role requires working independently with a positive attitude, following cleaning procedures and standards, and providing excellent customer service. Physical requirements include the ability to walk and stand for the entire shift, push, vacuum, reach, stretch, bend, and occasionally lift 25-35 pounds. No previous cleaning experience is required, but knowledge equivalent to two years of high school is necessary. The position may require working weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays.
